Remember before creating Website
Take the time to think it through thoroughly before you actually start creating a website. It takes less time and money to do it right the first time than to have to go back and fix problems with your site after it is finished. The few hours or so that you spend here, in planning your site content, will determine exactly how big your success will be.
I have seen a lot of good websites and I have seen a lot that were just plain awful. Here are some things to think about before you start a website.
Be clear with the Goal of your website
Once you have decided on your website purpose, you need to decide on a theme. There is nothing worse than going to a website and having to play guess what this website is about. Without knowing the goal it is hard to make a project or may be we drift from our project, because objective is the foundation of what we have to done?
Finding Keywords
Find correct keywords and choose the most profitable website concept for you. Build a table of keywords that can bring targeted traffic to your website and are often searched for, but still not so competitive as to make a top ranking next to impossible. If you have several concepts to choose from, analyze related keywords and make a decision which concept is the most profitable.
Dedicated Team Members
The success of website is depending on your team members that how dedicated they are towards their work. It is important to work as a team. A team player works well with the other people on the job. Show loyalty to your team. Be committed to the team growth and improvement. Think of ways to help your team meet its goals. Remember that in an every successful project, manpower is the secret. So you should be intelligent to select who you will hire for a certain position or who you.
Analyzing Competitors
There are many web sites available in market so there is a healthy competition among them. Make your final website concept ever more profitable by analyzing and using the competition. The goal of this step is to grow your keyword list, to get more ideas for your site content, and to find possible partners.
Give what your audience wants?
It’s very important that you know your potential reader so that you can design your site to meet their needs and expectations. For example the goal of your website is to attract engineers to buy a certain product that is related to their knowledge or research; it is good to provide all the information related to that topic.
Structure of your website
Build the optimal structure of your website that corresponds with your table of highly profitable keywords. The correct structure will make your site easy and navigable for both your visitors and your search engine spiders.
Maintenance of your website
Your responsibility in making a web site does not end when you have finished it, but maintaining a finished web site is important. A web site needs constant attention and grooming, particularly if it is in the lime of marketing.
If you take care of all these things before creating web site, your website must be going to be a successful one.

How to keep Visitors on your Websites?
You must know what your visitors are interested in before you start to create content for your newly built website. The more your content matches what they are searching for, the more happy visitors you will have. Happy visitors buy more easily and gladly recommend your website to their friends.
There are the following things kept in your mind to attract the visitors:
It loads rapidly
Slow loading of websites is the biggest problem on internet. Your web site should be all about load speed. Building your website for the widest possible reach means your website has to be blazing fast. Pages have to load nearly instantaneous even on slow modems. The best way to make your site fast-loading is to use more text and fewer graphic.
1. Take out any graphic that doesn't add to the user experience.
2. Source code weight is another source of extra load time.
3. To make sure your website loads fast, view your site with slow connections. If it doesn't load in 10 seconds, reduce the number and the size of graphics.
Good Navigation
Navigation works in the same way aisles in a supermarket do. They take you to the stuff you want to buy. But sometimes the signs above the aisles don't make it clear where the stuff you want could be. This is why it is so important to create good navigation on your web site. Remember not everyone enters your website from the home page, especially if they find your site through search engines. So make sure each page should have a title so they always know where they are at, and a link to the most important pages of your website.
Use Descriptive Words
Use descriptive words as for as possible in your site because the way you sell speaks volumes about you; therefore send a message that says: "My product or service will enhance your life, fill a need and make things better for you and I can prove it." How is that achieved? By making sure that you not only write descriptive words but demonstrate benefits.
Use Text easier to read
The fonts that work best in print are serif fonts (e.g. Times New Roman). Serif fonts are extremely detailed fonts that don't read well on screen because of low resolution. Most printed material, however, is using mostly serif fonts because it's very readable on paper.
You too have probably found it more difficult to read a web page written in Times New Roman than in Verdana or Arial . Using the same font size throughout your text proves not only monotonous but discourages users from reading the entire page. How to make your text attractive to read? Make sure to use different sizes and colors for headings, subheadings and paragraphs proves and give plenty of space in between.
Use Suitable Background colors
Black text on white background works best on websites. We're used to read black text on white paper and the screen is simply a different kind of paper. Avoid to create your own custom graphics to use as background. Your visitors will find text on a background with patterns difficult to read.If an image must be used as background it should not disrupt reading. Make sure the text color contrasts well enough to be easily read. If your text is white, for example, make your background image dark.

Can you again Register the expired domain?
Every domain is registered for a fix time period. After that time it needs renewal, for renewal of domain we have to pay a fix amount that is called renewal fee. If we do not pay that amount within a fix period of time than our domain get expired. A domain name that is approaching its renewal date is said to be "expiring soon" and a domain name that has passed its renewal date without the renewal fee being paid is said to have "expired".
Generally a domain is registered for 1 to 10 years. After that time the registrant is required to pay a renewal fee to the registrar to continue to use the domain. If the domain is renewed than owner can use it like previously otherwise the domain is placed in an on hold for few days, this time is determine by the registrar. During this time, the owner of the domain can still pay the renewal fee and continue to use his domain name. During this on hold period the domain resolves to the registrars website or does not resolve at all. Another effect of the "hold" being placed upon a domain name is that the domain name is no longer transferable to another registrar.
After the on hold period most registrars provides the facility of “grace period”. During that grace period, the original owner of the domain name can pay to renew their domain name and can use the domain like previously. Some registrars may impose an additional charge to renew domain names during their grace period.
At the end of the grace period, the existing owner can no longer renew their domain name and has lost all control over it. What happens next depends on the registrar. The amount of time that a registrar will hang on to an expired domain name before making it available again varies. It can take several weeks to months before the domain has been made available again. We cannot register an expired domain name for you until it has been made available again.
Some registrars will delete the name immediately following the end of the grace period. Some will hold it for a certain additional time-period before releasing it. Once a domain name has expired and been deleted, it is available to be re-registered by anyone.
A domain name can be successfully recovered only when we have the awareness of which domain names are about to expire and when the domain name is going to expire for that we have the full information of registrar because every registrar has its own guidelines.

Web Site – Need of Today’s Business
Currently when the true value of a website is not perceived by many businesses, lies not on the business people, but on the many fly-by-night web designers who sprung up during the internet boom of a few years ago to fleece businesses.
You might already have a great foundation for that local business and have many of the same customers that come in daily to buy your items or service. You might even be making a successful income to pay for life’s necessities. I think a Website is the thing which is missing from most of those companies.
If you had a website, you would be reaching a much wider audience. Your items and services would be available to anyone worldwide with internet access and that could bring in more revenue.
Why Web Site is required?
In order to compete in a local to a global market, you have to be available to it. It's my belief that businesses offering any product or service needs to have some sort of presence online. Newspaper and magazine readership is down. There are 500 television channels in some markets, and commercial-free satellite radio also. The conventional ways to advertise are not reaching as many people. Your new customers are online, shopping, looking for something to do, or a new place to go. They get addresses, phone numbers, coupons, menus, and can even make purchases without walking through the door of your business.
It Makes your business Professional
A professionally designed website gives your business an edge, saves time, reduces operating costs and improves your image. You can increase your sales by being able to complete transactions online, anytime.
Always available to the World
Through web site your business is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for whole world. It also increases your popularity. There are many different time zones that may affect your business, which is why being on the web makes it time convenient for everyone.
Increases Marketing Cost
When your business is globalize your marketing cost increases. Does your business spend most of its money trying to sell your services? You are probably spending lots of cash on mailouts, brochures, fliers, etc. If your business had a website online, you would be able to publish those things instantly worldwide to your target audience.
Sell Your Products
Why pay expensive rent, overhead, electric bills, and all the other costs that go along with owning a bricks-n-mortar business? Selling in cyberspace is much cheaper and a good way to supplement your offline business. Providing secure online ordering is very affordable for even the smallest businesses.
Less expensive and effective advertising
It provides incentive to visit your site often, and it gives you a great way to gauge the traffic on your site. No printer, no artist, no postage, no newspaper or magazine advertise required it saves your money. People also forward links like this to friends and family, creating a mass mailing, word of mouth effect that costs you nothing. You can also control expenses with an online store. Sell your products 24 hours a day with a fully automated store that accepts credit cards and doesn't take breaks. Your customers will have a better knowledge of your products or services, as they are able to research your products or services in their own time, instead of having to rely on a furiously paced TV or radio ad to gather the information they need.
You can collect information about your customers
You can gather information about your customers and potential customers by using forms and surveys. Rather than going out and getting leads, let them come to you. This is a great tool for prospecting targeted customers looking to use your products and services.
I'm not saying you should only concentrate in selling your products over the internet, but
you should certainly be considering it. This makes your customers, potential employees, business partners and, perhaps, even investors to quickly find out more about your business, and the products or services you have to offer.
